My Review

Ok guys, first things first. YOU KNOW I don't do spoilers on any review and this one is know different. I am telling you nothing. What I will say is this. If you have been reading this series about the Gallo family, we KNOW they are HOT ALPHA MALES. This Book is about Izzy. AND WHAT A READ. 

HOLD ON TIGHT

I couldn't wait to read this book - Resist Me. I love reading about some of the males in this family but couldn't WAIT for IZZY's story. And we are not let down what so ever. 

I know I keep saying this, but I think it's true. I think some times when you read a series, there is always the danger for the author and the reader to think - enough already, this could of finished books ago or its going on to long. THIS is SO NOT the case with any of Chelle Bliss's books. If anything you eagerly await the next book coming out, it doesn't come out quick enough. Already i am eagerly waiting the next one. 

Chelle writes with an exceptional talent that transports you into the book so you feel like your a  invisible bystander watching this all play out. The books pace flows effortlessly. Your captured from the first page. And lets be honest it's no big deal to be captured by a Hot Alpha types. 

This book  made me smile, roll my eyes, give plenty of sighs, omg. This book has everything you will love to read about. 

Resist Me is a Fantastic read. Its written exceptionally well, Its effortless. The characters jump out the page at you. You feel like you are watching a movie playing out in your mind. You want to get to the next page as fast as you can but you don't want the book to finish. 

This NEEDS to go on your "TBR" list. 

I give this 5/5 stars and 3/5 for movie moments.

My Review

This was the first book I have read by Riley Ford. And I am glad I did read it. The blurb had my attention when I read it. But I honestly don't think the blurb does it justice. This book is one of two. This one can be read as a standalone. But you will want to read the second one. I don't think I could of waited long for the second one, I needed to read it to see what happens. I read both in two days, I couldn't put them down.

I can honestly say this book will pull at your emotions. I will admit I cried, big fat tears. This book broke my heart. It was unfair in so many ways. And because of that I am not going to tell you anything about this book. It was beautifully written. The story was stunning. The character's buried themselves deep into your heart. While you read this book you feel like it's playing out like a film inside your head. 

There isn't one part of this story I didn't like or felt like it didn't work. Everything about it worked. I loved this book. It was truly heartbreaking and amazing. This is a fantastic read. One I think you need to put straight to the top of your "TBR" list. 

This book gets 5/5 stars and 5/5 for movie moments.

My Review 

This is the second book in The Just Series. Like the first one Just us, this one Just You can be read as a stand alone but it carries on the story of what happened. So I do recommend you read the first one. It puts this story in perspective. 

Like the review for Just Us. I am not going to tell you anything about the story. I feel you need to experience that for yourself. What I will say is that for all the heartbreak from Just Us, you want so much for lots of things in this book. But what you get is all that and more, much, much more. Riley has done an exceptional job with Just You. Everything has been done in keeping with the story. There is no part in it you feel Riley could of done better or left certain bits out. Everything has been done like a perfect recipe. A jigsaw puzzle with all the pieces fitting together to create a bright, vivid picture full of detail which tells a story that you wouldn't expect on first glance. 

If there is only 2 books you buy this month. Make this series your purchase. 

The character's are written beautifully. Each character comes to life on the page in front of your eyes. The thought that Riley has put into the characters the feelings, thoughts are perfectly written. You feel like its playing out in side your mind. I read this one straight after reading Just Us. When you read this make sure you are not disturbed as you will want to read it in one go. 

I give this 5/5 stars and 5/5 for movie moments.

“Why didn’t you tell me you were from here?” he asked, holding his hands out in question.

She furrowed her brow. “What?”

                                                           

“I had no idea you were Travis’s sister,” he said, and he sounded pissed.

                                                           

“And I had no idea you were a fireman,” she said, parking her hands on her hips.

                                                           

He shoved a hand roughly through his hair, shook his head. “And I had no idea you were the photographer. You said you were an artist.”

                                                           

“I am!” she said, her voice rising. What the hell? “I can draw, and I do tattoos. I also happen to be good at shooting pictures. Besides, you said you were a bar owner,” she pointed out, as if they could both redo this colossal mistake by rehashing the moments they both could have been more honest. “Why didn’t you tell me more about yourself?” she countered.

                                                           

He didn’t answer. He moved closer, maybe a foot away now. The anger felt like a pulsating life force, but there was something else between them, too. Heat. And want. The nearness was intoxicating.
