My Review
Riley Millar has left her home town in Delaware and moved to Cape Cod to get away from a road she doesn't want to go down. She moves to a new town where she doesn't know anyone and no-one knows her and her past and starts a fresh.
She gets a job as a waitress and becomes best friends with Abby and her boyfriend Evan. Abby and Riley are as close as sisters, but Abby doesn't even know of her past. One night while at Abby's apartment, Riley meets Dustin and the sparks fly. They cant stay away from each other.
Dustin has secrets of his own and he's not willing to share with anyone yet, not even his best friends Abby and Evan. He does know he cant stay away from Riley.
But someone doesn't like them being together. And starts to threaten Riley telling everyone her secrets. Riley does the only thing she can to keep herself and those she cares about safe, she runs.
I loved this story. The storyline was real and captivated me from the beginning. I couldn't put it down until I had read it. I loved the characters, especially Riley and Abby. Towards the end I found myself wanting to scream at Riley. I love that Riley had some pretty amazing friends. I loved the cover and thought it reflected the book.
Girls, our list is getting bigger with the addition of another hot new book boyfriend in the form of Dustin Boyd. This is to go on the "TBR" list.
I give this 5/5 stars.
