Pepper Winters is a Mistress at writing Dark, thought provoking books, that from the get go you are compelled trance like into the world she has created. For anyone who has read any of the books Pepper has brought out, you know what to expect.
A world so dark its only light is the one you see when you finish reading the book Pepper has created. Its as though it's the first time you have seen sunlight. It takes you time to adjust, become aware of your surroundings. Settle back into normality. This one is no different.

Let me just start by saying this book is in no way for the faint hearted or easily offended. It contains scenes of sexual nature that could easily offend.
I started this book in bed and let me tell you it was a long night/ early morning, there was no way I could put it down until the last page was read. OMG this book was gripping, from the very first page I was hooked. I couldn't put it down. I never realised how much time had past since I had started reading it.
There was plenty of OMG, seriously moments. Plenty of times I was reading and couldn't turn the page quick enough. I couldn't believe when it ended, I am glad to say I REALLY CANT WAIT TO READ THE NEXT ONE.
Debt Inheritance is an exceptionally written book. It has characters that jump off the page to you. The pace and flow of the book is like riding a roller coaster, it has plenty of ups and downs that pull you in, but everything fits perfectly. Pepper Winters has the ability to transport you to a world she has created as if you are there on the sidelines as a spectator. It plays out in your mind like a movie. The description is vivid, you can see everything clearly.

I stood up slowly, clicking my tongue. “Ah, ah, ah, Ms. Weaver. Don’t take that tone with me. You’re the failure. You’re the prisoner. You take what I give you. You do not assume to have any say or authority. That includes listening to everything I deem important to tell you.” Ghosting to a stop in front of her, I murmured, “Is that quite understood?”
I flexed my muscles, welcoming back the soothing chillness of control. I hadn’t liked stepping outside my confines of civility. Things got messy when silence was disrupted. Things got rushed when tempers rose and curses flowed.
And I didn’t want to rush her undoing. I wanted to savour it. Devour it.
